ZGC Innovation Center actively responds to the national innovation-driven development strategy and implements the requirement of deepening talents development institutional and structural reform. It is essential that ZGC gathers all kinds of talents and taps their potential to the full. Since its establishment, ZGC Innovation Center has united many technological talents across different industries and successively established ZGC overseas strategy scientist committee, Overseas post-doc workstation and Expert advisory committee. The ultimate mission is to collect overseas talents and foreign professionals to promote the technical communications and disruptive innovations industries between China and the U.S.

Zhongguancun Science Park Management Committee and Zhongguancun development group take advantage of the leading innovation role and overseas resources.
